Late Victorian Corset by ~AlchemyRose08
This is a Victorian inspired corset that I had done a few
months back. I say it is inspired because it does have some
edwardian influence with all the lace going on around the
neck line. typically, edwardian corsets would have added the
extra volume to get the fashionable mono bosom of the time.
also, I find very little evidence that victorian corsets would
have had those wee garter clips, but I had to have them : )
the ribbon bone casings are purely details only and the bones
are actually encased between the two layers of coutil.
the fabric mounted on the outside is rough white silk.

bust 34”
waist 24”
hip 34”
